How to maintain LED display for longer service life?

LED display has gradually become the mainstream product in the current market, and its gorgeous figure can be seen everywhere in outdoor buildings, stages, stations and other places. First, the power supply should be stable, the grounding protection should be good, and the power supply should be cut off in bad weather such as thunder and rain.
Second, the screen of LED display screen will be exposed to the wind and sun for a long time, and there will be more dust on the surface. The screen surface can not be directly wiped with wet cloth, but can be wiped with alcohol, or cleaned with brush or vacuum cleaner.
Third, when using, turn on the control computer to make it work normally, and then turn on the LED display; After use, turn off the display first, and then turn off the computer.
Fourth, no water is allowed inside the display screen, and no combustible and conductive metal objects are allowed to enter the screen, so as to avoid short circuit and fire. If there is water in the screen, please cut off the power supply immediately and contact the maintenance personnel until the display board inside the screen is dry.
Fifthly, it is suggested that the LED display screen should rest for at least 10 hours every day, and be used at least once a week in the rainy season. Generally, the screen should be turned on at least once a week to light up for more than 1 hour.
Sixth, don’t cut off the power supply of the display at will, and don’t turn off and turn on the power supply of the display frequently, so as to avoid excessive current, excessive heating of the power line, and damage of the LED core, which will affect the service life of the display.
